No, we are not able to any changes to your order when it has been placed and confirmed. Therefore, please double-check your details and information before placing your older.

What’s the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this tracking number and see the status of your order.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Sweden.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer a variety of couriers and shipping options as stated on the check-out page after you have selected the product/s you wish to purchase and entered your address. Please note that depending on where your shipping address is are located, your selection of couriers and their costs may vary. We are working on getting our shipping costs down for certain countries and regions.
